Treasure Items, Determining:
Roll on one of the following chart ("Treasure Items (Rarities)", according to the rarity of the treasure you have discovered (listed in each creature information sheet, which will tell you what rarity to begin rolling for.
After clicking on one of the rarities (Common, UnCommon, or Rare) there is a chance to actually get a more rare treasure check. This is not common, but it does happen.
Characters will always begin rolling on the "UnCommon Chart" for treasure.
